At CatPlayFurniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 60-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if you want to keep or return your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all tags intact.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
- For U.S. Customers: Contact us at support@catplayfurniture.com within 60 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.
- For International Customers: Contact us at support@catplayfurniture.com for return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring that your items arrive safely. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure that you are completely satisfied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you will need to:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- For international refunds, please note that currency conversion or bank processing times may affect the timing of your refund.
Refund Issues
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@catplayfurniture.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
